LICENCE AGREEMENT FOR SPIDERBOSS COMMUNICATOR and SMS RUNNER COMMUNICATOR

Please note: Do not start using the web based service Spiderboss Communicator or SMS Runner Communicator until you have carefully read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use Spiderboss Communicator or SMS Runner Communicator.

This licence agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Spiderboss / SMS Runner ("PROVIDER") for the web service identified above and any associated files and documentation, (collectively "THE SERVICE").

Grant of License: The PROVIDER grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, copyright license subject to the terms of this AGREEMENT. You must not reverse engineer, copy source code, copy ideas, structures or concepts that has any form of connection to the THE SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability: The THE SERVICE is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, noninfringement of third-party intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall the PROVIDER, or his collaborators, be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or breech of local or national law pertaining to copyright) arising out of the use of or inability to use the THE SERVICE, even if the PROVIER has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will the PROVIDER’s total liability to you for all damages in any one or more cause of action exceed the amount paid by you for using the THE SERVICE.

Termination of this License: The PROVIDER may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this PROVIDER, or at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Applicable Laws: Any claim arising under or relating to this AGREEMENT shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of laws or principles of other countries.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the PROVIDER and all other parties involved in the marketing, support and programming of the THE SERVICE, from and against any and all damages, losses, costs including legal fees and expenses resulting from any violation of this AGREEMENT.

File Copyright Notice: The PROVIDER does not, and cannot, control what content is available to you using the THE SERVICE. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws to such content, including copyright laws. The PROVIDER respects copyright law and expects our users and clients to do the same. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights. You agree that you will not use the THE SERVICE to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way.

Amendments: The PROVIDER may amend these terms and conditions or any other notices contained herein at any time by updating the posting on the website at www.spiderboss.com. Accordingly, you should visit the website from time to time to review the then-current and effective terms and conditions because they are binding on you.

Entire Agreement: This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. By logging in to the THE SERVICE, you are bound by this AGREEMENT.
